How it works
Each step shows whether the sources Peptide Library has reviewed include that kind of research. Counts are reviewed sources, not every study ever published. Reviews and programme summaries that describe human use are shown as "reported", not as trials, and registered trials without published results are listed but not counted. A higher step means research has progressed further; it does not mean a compound works better or is safer. Compounds whose evidence has not been reviewed yet show "Not reviewed" instead of a guess.
Peptide Library's KLOW (GHK-Cu / KPV / BPC-157 / TB-500) profile summarises 4 cited studies listed in the Science section, the compound's regulatory status, and research-protocol parameters reported for it. It is a research reference, not medical advice.
KLOW (GHK-Cu / KPV / BPC-157 / TB-500) dosage: no established human dose
KLOW, a blend of GHK-Cu, KPV, BPC-157 and TB-500 in one vial, has no established human dosage. No human study has tested this blend, and none of its four components has an established human dose given by injection. GHK-Cu's human studies are topical, BPC-157 and TB-500 have only small or unfinished human studies, and KPV has no human study.
No established human dosage.
Human clinical evidence: None identified.
Preclinical research: KLOW is a vendor blend, not a studied product. Each component has its own, mostly preclinical, literature: GHK-Cu on skin and wound repair, KPV on colitis models (largely in hydrogel carriers), and BPC-157 and TB-500 on tissue repair in animals. A 2026 rat study of BPC-157 and TB-500 together found no added benefit over either alone. No study of all four together, or of GHK-Cu or KPV combined with the others, was found in PubMed or ClinicalTrials.gov.

Where sources disagree
- A blend's amount of any one component is not a dose that was studied for that compound. See the GHK-Cu, KPV, BPC-157 and TB-500 profiles for what each component's evidence shows.
- Shop listings sell KLOW as one total amount, most often 80 mg; where the split is given it is usually 50 mg GHK-Cu and 10 mg each of KPV, BPC-157 and TB-500, but the split is set by the seller.
- GHK-Cu's human evidence is for skin care products applied to the skin, not injection. A cream's content is not an injectable dose.
- KLOW is also sold as capsules and sprays. Nothing on this page applies to those forms.

These figures are arithmetic only — they convert a vial and a volume into a concentration. They are not a recommendation to take any dose.

How to reconstitute KLOW (GHK-Cu / KPV / BPC-157 / TB-500)
- Check the vial size and diluent volume. The profile example for KLOW (GHK-Cu / KPV / BPC-157 / TB-500) is: 5 mL BAC for 80 mg blend.
- Swab both vial stoppers and draw the bacteriostatic water into a sterile syringe.
- Add the water slowly down the inside wall of the peptide vial so it does not jet onto the powder, then swirl gently until the solution is clear. Do not shake.
- Record the resulting concentration: 80 mg / 5 mL = 16 mg/mL.
- Label the vial with the date and concentration, refrigerate it (see Storage & stability below), and use the calculator preset to convert a dose in mcg into syringe units.

Science
Mechanism of Action
KLOW is a compounded blend of GHK-Cu, KPV, BPC-157 and TB-500, marketed for tissue repair. The components act on separate proposed pathways: GHK-Cu on copper-dependent matrix remodelling and collagen synthesis; KPV, the C-terminal tripeptide of alpha-MSH, on NF-kB-mediated inflammatory signalling; BPC-157 on angiogenic and nitric oxide pathways in animal models; and TB-500 on actin sequestration and cell migration. As with any such blend, the combination has no mechanism beyond its parts, no pivotal trial exists for the product, and the pharmacokinetics of co-administration have not been studied. Every component is unapproved.

Combinations that include KLOW (GHK-Cu / KPV / BPC-157 / TB-500), with the proposed rationale, an evidence grade and what is not established, are catalogued in the peptide stacks directory.
Storage & stability
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptide powder is far more stable than the reconstituted solution. Keep sealed vials cold, dry and away from light; long-term storage is typically frozen, with short-term refrigeration for vials in use.
Once reconstituted in bacteriostatic water, keep the solution refrigerated, avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles and agitation, and label the vial with the reconstitution date and concentration. Discard any solution that turns cloudy or shows particulates.
Degradation rates differ by sequence: peptides containing methionine, cysteine, asparagine or glutamine are more prone to oxidation and deamidation, so shelf life after reconstitution is compound-specific rather than universal.
