Refund Policy

Purchases on peptidelibrary.app

  • 14-day refund: if Pro isn't right for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment for a monthly, yearly or lifetime plan and we'll refund it in full.
  • Renewals: renewal payments aren't refunded, except where the law requires it. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Discounts: a refund of a discounted purchase is for the amount you actually paid.
  • After a refund: Pro ends on your account straight away on every device.
  • Your rights: nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law where you live, including any statutory right to withdraw from a purchase.

To ask for a refund, email support@peptidelibrary.app from the address on your account, or use the support form. Refunds go back to the payment method you used and usually arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Purchases in the App Store or Google Play

Apple and Google process these payments, so refunds are requested from them and follow their policies:

Cancelling

Cancelling stops future renewals; it doesn't refund the current period. See Subscriptions and Billing in our Terms, or manage your plan from your account.
