How it works
Each step shows whether the sources Peptide Library has reviewed include that kind of research. Counts are reviewed sources, not every study ever published. Reviews and programme summaries that describe human use are shown as "reported", not as trials, and registered trials without published results are listed but not counted. A higher step means research has progressed further; it does not mean a compound works better or is safer. Compounds whose evidence has not been reviewed yet show "Not reviewed" instead of a guess.
Peptide Library's Suprefort profile summarises 5 cited studies listed in the Science section, the compound's regulatory status, and research-protocol parameters reported for it. It is a research reference, not medical advice.
Suprefort dosage: no established human dose
Suprefort has no established human dosage. It is sold as capsules described as a pancreas peptide bioregulator, a tissue-derived peptide complex. No trial of it is registered on ClinicalTrials.gov, and no study of Suprefort itself is indexed in PubMed. The nearest human evidence is for pancragen, a different synthetic pancreatic peptide, and that abstract gives no dose.
No established human dosage.
Human clinical evidence: None identified.
Preclinical research: Suprefort is marketed as a peptide complex from pancreatic tissue, sold as an oral capsule. No human, animal or cell study of this product is indexed in PubMed. The related human study used pancragen (Lys-Glu-Asp-Trp), a synthetic tetrapeptide, and states no dose. Nothing here establishes a human dose, route or interval for Suprefort.
Animal dosing is not converted into a human dose anywhere on this page. Where research figures appear below, they are reported as studied, not recommended.

Where sources disagree
- Daily capsule protocols for Suprefort are published by sellers. No registered trial or indexed study reports a dose for it.
- Suprefort (a tissue-derived complex) and pancragen (a synthetic tetrapeptide) are different products. The pancragen profile covers pancragen itself.
- Suprefort is not a diabetes treatment.

Science
Mechanism of Action
Suprefort is a peptide preparation derived from pancreatic tissue and marketed in the Khavinson tradition as a pancreatic bioregulator. It is a complex of low-molecular-weight peptides rather than a single defined molecule, so no specific sequence, receptor or pathway can be attributed to it, and it is distinct in that respect from Pancragen, the synthetic tetrapeptide associated with the same tissue. The proposed mechanism is the series hypothesis of tissue-derived peptides influencing transcription in the corresponding tissue. No controlled human efficacy trials of this preparation have been published.

This compound is not supplied as a powder to be mixed, so the freeze-dried powder and reconstitution handling described for research peptides does not apply. Storage conditions are product-specific: follow the label or packaging of the product itself.
Suprefort: frequently asked questions
What is Suprefort?
Peptide preparation derived from pancreatic tissue and marketed as a pancreatic bioregulator in the Khavinson tradition. Not FDA-approved for any indication. No study of Suprefort itself is indexed in PubMed; the studies cited here are class-level work on short peptide bioregulators.
How does Suprefort work?
Suprefort is a peptide preparation derived from pancreatic tissue and marketed in the Khavinson tradition as a pancreatic bioregulator. Is Suprefort FDA approved?
No. Suprefort is not approved by the FDA for any indication and is categorised as research-only. It has not been reviewed for safety or efficacy as a medicine, and published research should be read as investigation rather than established use.
What is the half-life of Suprefort?
Reported half-life for Suprefort is Not established (small tripeptide). Half-life describes how long the compound persists in circulation, not how long any effect lasts, and published figures vary with route of administration, formulation and the population studied.
What peptides are similar to Suprefort?
Compounds most often compared with Suprefort include Bonomarlot, Bronchogen, Cardiogen and Cartalax. They are grouped by shared mechanism or research area rather than by equivalence, and their regulatory status and evidence base differ.
