Progress photos and body metrics
Peptide Library tracks progress with photos and body measurements in the same app as your peptide logs. Take photos with a guided camera, compare two dates side by side, and log weight, body fat and measurements such as waist and hips. On iPhone and Android you can import weight and body fat from Apple Health or Health Connect, so readings from a smart scale appear automatically.

Progress photos
Photos are taken with a guided camera: it shows a see-through copy of your last photo in the same pose, alignment guides and a timer, so poses stay consistent. The guided camera is in the iPhone and Android apps. Each photo keeps its date, pose and notes, and can be linked to a measurement. Compare any two photos side by side or with a slider, and mark favourites.
Photos stay on your device unless you turn on photo backup. The free plan holds 2 photos; Pro removes the limit and adds backup to your account, which is also what lets the website show them.
Body metrics
A measurement is one moment: weight, body fat and any body measurements you choose, each optional, several per day if you like. Charts show the trend over weeks and months, and goals show how far you are from a target you set. Fat and lean mass are only worked out from a single measurement that has both weight and body fat, never by mixing days.
Apple Health and Health Connect
Connecting is optional and read-only: Peptide Library imports weight and body-fat percentage from Apple Health on iPhone and Health Connect on Android, and never writes to them. Imported readings show next to manual entries, marked by source. The import is free.
Supported devices
| Device | Available | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| iPhone | Yes | Imports from Apple Health. |
| Android | Yes | Imports from Health Connect. |
| Web | Partly | Metrics on every plan; photos only with Pro photo backup; health connections are made in the app. |
Limits
- Health import covers weight and body fat only, and runs while the app is open (not in the background).
- The free plan keeps up to 2 progress photos.

Peptide Library keeps peptide logs, progress photos and body measurements in one app, on iPhone, Android and the web, with charts and side-by-side photo comparison.
Does Peptide Library sync with Apple Health?
It imports weight and body-fat readings from Apple Health on iPhone, and from Health Connect on Android. It does not write to them.
Are my progress photos private?
Photos stay on your device unless you turn on backup, which stores them in a private, per-account location. They are never used for advertising.
